[Intl_DxMedPhys] Barco 32 MP mammo monitor

We recently got two of these models installed. I do think the idea is to
have multiple images on the display at once.

Our radiologists had a few issues, but none of them seemed related to the
native resolution. There were grumblings about the scaled resolution of
text and menus at first, and we have an open ticket due to slow scrolling
through tomo stacks at full screen resolutions (but adequate at smaller
image sizes).

They are impressively bright- the Lmax is optimized at 1200 cd/m^2, and
goes up to 2300.
