[Intl_DxMedPhys] GE NM 830 instructions for installing decoy collimators

Here are screenshots I have for the loading and unloading procedures for
the decoys. This is what we do for our NM670, but I think the procedure is
the same for all 600 and 800 series systems. This is from the NM600_NM800
NM Clinical User Guide on the GE Documentation Library. Hope it's useful.
