[Intl_DxMedPhys] Canon FOR_PROCESSING data

Hi List:

Can someone provide instructions for how to obtain FOR_PROCESSING image
data from a Canon CXDI-701C digital x-ray detector? I've gotten as far as
setting Curve Shape = LN, but I'm unsure how the other parameters should be
set or if there is an alternative method to obtain FOR_PROCESSING images.
I'd like to perform MTF and NPS analysis to compare with other x-ray
imaging devices in our fleet.
