Let me introduce you to the x-ray, the CT, the MRI, and other medical imaging achievements.
They don't care what your ideology is.  They show xx or xy.  And any attempt to inject politics or gender ideology into this forum is misplaced at best.  Take it to yahoo or reddit.  If AAPM continues to entertain such, then they will become laughable and irrelevant.
