[Intl_DxMedPhys] HDR source living inside imaging lab

If there is a well counter close by, it should be tested for excessive
background with those sources present. (Years ago at MD Anderson, we had
an issue with unused I-131 therapy sources periodically sitting in our
decay room with 1/2" wall shielding but up to only 7', and a well counter
in the hot lab on the other side of the wall. Our solution to the
resultant occasional high background was to add shielding around and over
the well counter.)
