[Intl_DxMedPhys] Password Reminder

So is anybody else not able to login to the list-serve system?  I have tried to use the password reminder, but I get a message about contacting the IT service desk with a phone number.  I tried using the entire phrase as a password (in case it was a default password back when I joined years ago) . . . but to no avail.  I don't remember my password (or I don't have one) and I can't seem to reset it through the automated system.  Is my only recourse to call the IT help desk for another organization?
