Regarding parallel title, should we follow example 1 or example 2?

  1.  245        1             0             International review of applied psychology : ǂb the journal of the International Association of Applied Psychology = Revue internationale de psychologie appliquée
  2.  245        1            0משיח בשדה בוקר           = ǂb Messiah at Sde Boker : לגלות מחדש את בן-גוריון / ǂc חגי סגל.
