[Heb-NACO] Contact at Serials Solutions for error in author entry?

Hi all,

A Columbia professor who recently published a book reached out to me
because the e-book <https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://clio.columbia.edu/catalog/16609461__;!!KGKeukY!3ywtFavNLbxOxk-1v1o88noH7jMTOWX253FHZbLLbF_cUUCBNeYMnLj2loD-_yF6iW5MQixPP-4WY7v4cMRT-w$ > record
shows her with the wrong authority, linking her as a different author. She
reached out to her press, and they have not been helpful, and so she's not
sure what to do.  Has anyone had success in getting vendor e-book records
corrected, or know of someone at Serials Solutions who might be able to
help? This is something we see all the time, unfortunately...
