[Heb-NACO] Safrut??

I am cataloguing the following:

‏ אוצר ספרות ישראל : אנתולוגיה בפרוזה ושיר לכל מקצועות היצירה העברית וחזיונותיה למן חתימת כתבי הקדש / ערוך ומסודר ביד י.ל. ברוך.
(2nd edition, Vilna: Yehudiyah, 1919)

The title is vocalised on the title page with a pataḥ under the sameḥ so should I transcribe as safrut even though there’s no such vocalisation in Even Shoshan (and add a 246 with sifrut)?
