[Heb-NACO] NLI records in VIAF

As you may be aware, the National Library of Israel has recently switched
from Aleph to Alma software.

The National Authority File (new acronym MAZAL - Maagar zehuyot le'umi) is
now updated in VIAF.

For this month only, both the old and new file records are in VIAF - so you
may see two Israeli flags - one called "National Library Of Israel" and the
other "National Library of Israel (J9U)" - the latter are records from the
new file. In March the old file records will be deleted and you should see
only one set.
