[Heb-NACO] resource for vocalization for non-Hebrew personal names

Hi all,


Do we know of any resource that can provides vocalized forms for non-Hebrew personal names.


I have יוקטוריה and I don't know if I should do it as


Ṿiḳṭoriyah


or


Ṿiḳṭoryah


Any thoughts will be appreciated.
