[Heb-NACO] ʻatsbekha or ʻotsbekha?

Seems to me this must be the construct of עוצב (ʻotsev) "pain": ḥodesh > ḥ
odshekha, ʻotsev > ʻotsbekha (cf. Isaiah 14:3).
