Hello, all, the above word is of Greek origin. Per HCM2017rev., we consider the initial consonantal cluster as a sheva nah and it is to be romanized dyokan, not deyokan. I’ve added it to our various lists<http://rascat.pbworks.com/w/page/109347700/Romanization%20FAQ> on the wiki<http://rascat.pbworks.com/w/page/118838121/Foreign%20loan%20words>.
