It is mad’e. I’ve been trying to get LC to update their records, but it is apparently a process.

How should we Romanize  מדעי היהדות ?

Is it mada’e ha-Yahadut (as are some LC records) or mad’e ha-Yahadut (as is in Even Shoshan [at least my edition])?
