[Heb-NACO] help with romanization of surname

Many Ashkenazi surnames retain the Yiddish (i.e. germanic) orthography
where Alif, Ayin and Yud (and vav) represent vowels.  It would make sense
to romanize according to Yiddish rules.
i.e פריעד = Fried not Friyed
