[Heb-NACO] אחוה

Even-Shoshan has changed the vocalization under the ח from a hataf-patah to a sheva.  Morfix<http://www.morfix.co.il/en/%D7%90%D7%97%D7%95%D7%94> still has it with a hataf-patah.  Since we go by E-Sh, do I presume that henceforth the word is romanized “aḥṿah”?  (See for example אחוה הוצאה לאור.)
