[Heb-NACO] RDA question

I've been adding the dates like this to distinguish works. I may in fact
be the only person doing this. A collection of poems published in 2013 is
different from a new collection published in 2014, thus the latter will
require a qualifying bit of info in parens since that is what RDA calls
for. I usually opt for the date, but other choices are available.
$f is reserved for expressions.
