[Heb-NACO] Please Submit Your Questions for the OCLC Update

In RDA you can put a former owner in 561 field, but when you trace it in 700 field, it is no longer local information. Could there be a local 700 field (or local indicator) so that the name of the former owner only comes up in the local system and not in OCLC generally?

The opposite side of the coin is that many LC records have a 700 for the copy in LC that I have to delete in my record when I export it.
