[Heb-NACO] review of draft "Hebraica Cataloging RDA"

Thanks to all of you who have sent review comments on our draft of Hebraica Cataloging RDA.;We have decided to make Friday July 18 the last day that we will accept comments. We are actively incorporating changes and modifications and hope that you are getting familiarity with the structure of the RDA and navigating the Hebraica manual and the Toolkit.
