Here is how I would approach the description::

1. The resource is an order of the Talmud (i.e. a part) therefore apply rda 6.23.2.10
"Record the form of title found in the Encyclopaedia Judaica for a particular order (seder) or a tractate or treatise (masekhet) of the Talmud. Record it as a subdivision of the preferred title for the Talmud"
                                                       130 Talmud. $p Moed

 2. The resource in step 1 contains three selections from Moed therefore the main authorized access point for the work is:
                                                       130 Talmud. $p Moed. $k Selections.

I would also give the authorized analytical access points for each of the three selections (cataloger's judgment) in the form of :
730 02 X
730 02 Y
730 02 Z

                                                                                           Benjamin Fryser

Is the rule of three relevant in RDA as it was in AACR2? I mean, if a work contains several Talmudic tractates from seder Moed, one would assign a uniform title: Talmud. Moed. Selections. But if a work consists of three tractates from Moed, would each one get its own separate u.t., with the first tractate getting the 130, as with AACR2; or, must the 130 field reflect the entirety of the contents, i.e., Talmud. Moed. Selections.
If so, would each of the three tractate get its own 730?
Thank you.
