[Heb-NACO] RDA capitalization question

Dear Vanessa, 
I reviewed RDA and looking at Appendex A.31 on capitalization and the sections on Proper Names, Corporate Bodies and Proper Adjectives in the new draft document on the web Hebraica Cataloging RDA, it appears that we would not capitalize tannaim. 
Does anyone have other thoughts?

With added t.p.: STUDIES IN TANNAITIC LITERATURE. 



Would you capitalise tana ʼ im and/or tannaitic? The closest example I can find in RDA (A.17.3) is ‘the Fathers ( but church fathers)’.
