[Heb-NACO] series authority record

I don't believe LC has a series authority for the title.  If we do, would you kindly give me the authority number.  Thanks

The authority record for  עיון ומחקר  has it as “ʻIyun ṿe-meḥḳar”. Shouldn’t it be “ʻIyun u-meḥḳar” ?
