The book is "Sefer Bet Yitshak : al dine bererah " by Yitshak Ayzik hever (Wildmann). Among the 40 discussed are: din hamets shel shene shutafin ... din ahim she-halku bi-metaltelin ... din safek isur Torah ... din bererah be-shutafin ... din bererah be-matanah ... din bererah be-gitin ...

Subject: Re: [Heb-NACO] Dine / Hilkhot bererah

Is it referring to hilkhot borer (1 of the 39 melakhot of Shabat)? Or something else? If the former, the subjects would be Sabbath (Jewish law) and Prohibited work (Jewish law) (and if a lengthy discussion of the melakhah vis a vis fruit is included, then maybe Fruit $x Religious aspects $x Judaism). If the halakhot from Shu. 'a are included, then you could include Karo, Joseph ben Ephraim, $d 1488-1575. $t Din borer be-Shabat.

If it's something else, please elaborate.

Thanks, Jasmin

What is the subject for work dealing with" Dine bererah" or "Hilkhot bererah"? Is it "Presumptions (Jewish law)"?
