[Heb-NACO] Hebrew month

I'm just a compiler of data from other sources. Can't remember any of the sources now, many years later! If you all think it's Nisan not Kislev, that's fine with me.

Wait! I see on the list (http://rascat.pbworks.com/w/page/7836005/Fancy%20Hebrew%20month%20names) that this is a name given for Kislev. Is it possible the name is used for both months?
