According to the Otsar rashe tevot 
(http://www.daat.ac.il/daat/vl/rt/rt10.pdf, bottom p. 10 [p. 120 of 
book]), y.r.v. is יבואוני רחמיך ואחיה; since it's presented as an 
acronym it would be romanized y.r.v.
