Hi all!

I'm cataloging the book "Israel short stories", a collection of works
written by Anglo authors living in Israel, and am stumped on where to
classify it. Other books by the same publisher, Ang-Lit. Press, and/or
editor, Shelley Goldman, have thus far been classed under PJ5059.E8 --
Hebrew lit translated into English. That is clearly not the right
number. Searching the subject Short stories, English $z Israel in OCLC
doesn't yield relevant results. The subject browse search in LC brings
up examples of Short stories, English $z [country], which are
established as Short stories, [country] (English). The subject heading
Short stories, Israeli (English) doesn't (yet) exist and would be
useful, but either way it is the genre of the work, not the subject.
There is the option for English lit outsite of Great Birtain, cuttered
for Israel, PR9170.2.I78, but a browse search in LC yields unexpected
titles.

Please advise. Thanks and happy Purim, Jasmin
