[Heb-NACO] romanization of "Saud(i)yah"

We have the spelling סעודיה, but how do we find out how to romanize it?  I can't find it ha-Entsiklopedyah ha-'Ivrit and not in Even-Shoshan either (bad searching technique?).  Can any of you find it for me?

I feel it HAS to be "Sa'udiyah," not "Sa'udyah," because the Arabic is "Sa'udiyyah."  But I can't prove it.

Can you?
