[Heb-NACO] How to deal with ancestors in a Rabbinic name heading

To add to Joan Biella's note, when establishing a new name, it has been my practice (based on local "oral tradition" to include the intervening genealogical information when the later occurs as a string between the forename and the last name and presented as such on the chief source of information

This problem is not addressed in AACR2 or the LCRIs. The Israel/Judaica Section at the Library of Congress composed a document giving guidance in this and related areas, "Guidelines for Rabbinic Names Entered Under Forename," but there is no special documentation for names with surnames. Consequently, I would expect a name like the one Yossi cites to be transcribed in full.
If it is desired to document this practice, or conversely to require shortening of a string of patronymics in names like this one, such an instruction should be proposed for inclusion in the forthcoming RDA edition of Hebraica Cataloging.

Good morning
I created a NAR for איתן בן נתן ב"ר סעדיה ב"ר אהרן זינאר (this is the form as it appears on the t.p.)
The form as I established is: Zinar, Etan ben Natan (NAR no2011170894)
Should the heading be the whole name with all the ancestors or only with the father’s name, or just “Zinar, Etan” as he appears in the approbations (Haskamot) and in the Israeli telephone directory.
