That's "parkh" - an eczema-like scalp condition. In some shtetlekh there was a hazing ritual on Shabat ha-gadol directed at unfortunate townspeople with this condition. (Polish: parch - commonly employed as an antisemitic epithet directed at Jews.)

In the הגדה לפרחות that was published in 1911 and re-published by Robinson in 1976, it says in the introduction on page 3:

די הגדה לפאַרכעס ווערד געזאָגט געוועהליך בצבור, אלע פאַרכעס צוזאַמען.

I tried to find the meaning of פאַרכעס (Farkhes), but no much luck.

Any advice?
