[Heb-NACO] Lehem ha-panim as Subject heading

Colleagues,
I processing a offprint of an article (in German) on Lehem ha-panim in the
Mishna and Talmud.
The German term for Lehem ha-panim is Schaubrote and the English term that
I found (although not in Jewish context) is Showbread.
Would you think about a subject heading for Lehem ha-panim or do we need to
create one?
