And clearly indicative that "Substantive Knowledge" is critical
in interpreting any empirical regularity, data output, etc. -- there is a
very strong visual relationship between the two maps!!<br><br>
And indeed -- I would say that the two maps together would make an even
BETTER "lesson" for a class to see. Social science at

But this indeed reflects how policy and institutions impact flows and
regions in ways we wouldn't necessarily expect. Perhaps a redesign of Fed
Reserve districts would have some kind of impact on monetary
relationships.<br><br>
