[Csrfac] FW: UPCOMING: Damon Berry talk and student lunch

On March 21, the Religious Studies Roundtable and Center for the Study of religion are pleased to host Dr. Damon Berry (Phd, Comparative Studies, OSU; Assistant Professor, St. Lawrence University), who will speak on his recent book Blood and Faith: Christianity in American White Nationalism. The public lecture will take place at 5:30 in Page Hall 020 (see attached flyer).

Of interest to graduate students and upper-level undergrads: The day after the lecture the Religious Studies Roundtable will host a lunch and discussion with Dr. Berry at 1:30 in Hagerty 455 (Center for the Study of Religion). This is a great opportunity for students, especially those whose work pertains to American religion and/or race, to meet our speaker! Attendance is limited and RSVP by March 20 is required. Please email Sarah Dove (dove.76 at osu.edu<mailto:dove.76 at osu.edu>) if you wish to attend. Early RSVP is suggested since the event will be advertised publicly.
