[Comicsstudiessociety] IJOCA delays due to COVID-19 international postage restrictions

 Because of the Pandemic, some countries are not accepting packages,
including those of *IJOCA*. So far, the U.S. post office here refuses to
send *IJOCA* to New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland, and Poland.

As soon as these countries open up, I will send the gathered back issues to
subscribers.
