[Columbus] bug in COLUMBUS6 beta 3 build

Hi Again Everybody!
I am building the OSC version 6 beta 3 on a big
computer.  Here is the bug where it stopped compiling.
 The compiler is called "pathscale."  I just thought
I'd note this for future reference or releases.
