[CE_GRAD] summer GRA fees

Dear CEGE Graduate Students,

Some of you have reached out with questions about summer academic fees that appear to be an up-front payment, rather than spread as a deduction over your summer payroll periods.  You may be feeling that this unexpected expense is burdensome to meet on short notice.  I want to let you know that we are working to receive more information about this situation from the Graduate School and HR.  I hope that we will be able to provide guidance to you shortly to alleviate your financial concerns.
