[CE_GRAD] Annual Evaluation for All Graduate Students

Good morning,

I wanted to remind everyone about Dr. Kubatko's message from a few weeks ago regarding the CEGSP Annual Evaluation<https://ceg.osu.edu/sites/default/files/2021-03/CEGSP_Annual_Evaluation_Process_20-21.pdf>.

The student self-report<https://osu.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_87yDBzBaFY9wPc2> portion of the process is due by 5pm next Friday, April 2.

Once submitted, the student and advisor(s) will receive a copy of the submission and are expected to meet and discuss, and then complete the second part of the process, the advisor evaluation form. The advisor evaluation form<https://ceg.osu.edu/sites/default/files/2021-03/CEGSP_Annual_Evaluation_AdvisorForm_0.pdf> is due by 5pm on Friday, April 23.

ALL Civil Engineering graduate students are expected to complete this process, including graduating students! We thank everyone in advance for their efforts and know that this new annual review process will have a positive impact on our students and program.

Dear CEGE graduate students and faculty,

As we shared in the fall semester with the publication of the updated Civil Engineering Graduate Studies Program (CEGSP) Handbook, the Graduate Studies Committee will be launching its annual evaluation process this semester.

Key take-aways from this email:

  *   ALL Civil Engineering graduate students are expected to complete this process, including graduating students!
  *   The student self-report is due Friday, April 2, by 5pm.
  *   The advisor evaluation form is due Friday, April 23, by 5pm.
