Please see below for some information on Beyond the Professoriate. This is a great on-demand platform that we have contracted to help all doctoral students explore job options, learn how to write a cover letter, interview, etc.. We also have another platform called Beyond Graduate School which is for master's level students.

Hi everyone,

I hope your semester is going well.

I want to give you an opportunity to become familiar with a new, on demand workshop, worksheets and other career resources called Beyond the Professoriate. This is a great on-demand platform that we have contracted to help all doctoral students explore job options, learn how to write a cover letter, interview, etc.. We also have another platform called Beyond Graduate School which is for master's level students.

This is a free resource, and there are other workshops already listed on the Graduate School calendar (Upcoming Events) Home | Graduate School (osu.edu)<https://gradsch.osu.edu/> and the Beyond the Professoriate on our website Beyond Professoriate and Beyond Graduate School | Graduate School (osu.edu)<https://gradsch.osu.edu/beyond-professoriate-and-beyond-graduate-school>. You can register for any and all of these workshops by clicking at the list of universities on "The Ohio State University" and you will need to use your OSU.number (university Email address) and that will get you registered. If at any time you are not able to attend a specific workshop, but you registered for it, after the workshop is over you will get the link to access the recording, to review the workshop at your convenience. So make use of these workshops and register for what is of interest to you.
