Hello Angela!

We are officially 1 week away from our event on Tuesday February 6th. We would like students to have the opportunity to meet with our guest speaker, Dr. Symone Alexander on Monday February 5th between 2:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. for 15-minute timeslots.

If you could be so kind to pass this onto the rest of CBE and add this google form link where they can sign up for either a student organization they represent or a lab research group, that would be great. I have also attached an updated flyer for the event that you can pass on as well.

If faculty would like to meet with Dr. Symone, we are planning have her meet with them for 30-min timeslots (if more faculty are interested, we would shorten the meeting times a bit to accommodate all of them) on Tuesday February 6th 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. If faculty are interested, I personally have a sheet made for them that I can pass along to you (or you could gather any names and pass them onto me and I can schedule the meetings accordingly).
