Faculty Professional Development Workshop Series: Wellness in the Workplace

Speakers: Joni Sivey, M.S., MSW, LISW-S and Hunter Sully, Ph.D.

Do you struggle with work-life balance? Are you looking for strategies to sustain or improve your stress management and wellness skills during the Spring semester?

Join Hunter Sully, Ph.D. and Joni Sivey, MS, MSW, LISW-S, the embedded therapists for the College of Engineering, for practical tips to improve mental and physical wellness during the winter months and beyond. Hunter and Joni will be presenting on signs of stress and burnout, common challenges and barriers to wellness, and ways to incorporate wellness into busy schedules.
