[Cbe-grads] ALERT: Conference Room 316 Scheduling

Good morning,

Moving forward, when scheduling Conference Room 316 in the CBE Suite, please do the following:


  *   In the title of the email reservation, type your OSU username (e.g., ramsay.76)
  *   In the body of the email, enter a brief purpose of the meeting and include a contact person (if known)

This information helps identify why the space is being reserved, which is important if the reservation needs to be rescheduled.

Conference Room 316 is a dedicated CBE space. It's important that I'm aware of who is reserving the room.
