 I'm writing on behalf of SKY Engineering, a student organization at OSU started to focus on the mental well-being of students, staff, and faculty. SKY Campus Happiness was recently in the news nationally<https://news.google.com/search?q=sky%20campus%20happiness> from the positive research studies concluded at Yale and Harvard. To help people energize and get through current stressful times, SKY Engineering and SKY at OSU are hosting the SKY Happiness Retreat on Oct 7-9, 2022, which is a mental health resource that many students can benefit from.

The write-up for this retreat is appended below. Would you be able to help forward this message to our department so that maximum undergraduate and graduate students can benefit from it? SKY Happiness Retreat is a well-being event offered for OSU students

  *   Gain stress-management skills
  *   Learn an evidence-based breathing meditation technique
  *   Increase social connection and leadership skills
It is $15 for OSU students (usually $295). There are limited spots available for this retreat, therefore it's first-come-first serve, by registration only and requires attendance to all sessions.

Timing: Oct 7-9th
Fri: 6 pm-9 pm,
