[Cbe-grads] BOC Staffing and time delays

The BOC is currently transitioning though some personnel. During this time while the BOC adjusts to the workload, I ask to please give them grace and patience. The BOC team will be doing their best to turn around all transactions as quickly as they can. They will need to adjust the turnaround times for Procurement transactions and travel reimbursements while they are short staffed.

  *   Procurement transitions: please allow 5 business days for processing. At this time, if there are any T&C’s on a procurement transaction, we have seen up to at least 2 week turn around from Purchasing.
  *   Travel reimbursement: please allow 5 business days for domestic travels for processing and 8-10 business days for international travels for processing.
  *   A friendly reminder on travel reimbursements: in order to move the reimbursement quickly, we ask that all supporting documentation is attached to the email that is sent to the BOC for processing. Also, please provide any other details that will help the BOC process in a timely manner such as per diem details, mileage maps, agendas and other details.
