FYI, "University Libraries and the Health Sciences Library have entered into a three-year Unlimited Publishing Agreement with the Public Library of Science<https://plos.org/> (PLOS), the Center for Research Libraries<https://www.crl.edu/> (CRL) and the NorthEast Research Libraries<http://nerl.org/> (NERL) for all PLOS journal titles."
