Please see the message below from the Council of Graduate students regarding their upcoming Q&A sessions with senior administrators.  Also, there is information about picking up your safety kit here: https://safeandhealthy.osu.edu/campus-readiness.  It looks like the closest location to CBEC is the North Recreation center and they will have the kits starting tomorrow afternoon:

Dear Ohio State Graduate Students,

In our last message to you all, we gave some updates on the University's plan to return to campus. We have worked to answer many questions and troubleshoot issues where they have been identified.

COVID-19 Grad Student Q&A Forums

We are aware there are still unanswered questions lingering and we are consistently working to gather answers for you and ensure that the graduate student voice is heard. To allow for broader Graduate Student input, CGS has organized three forums this week where students can directly ask questions to key administrators including  Dr. Melissa Shivers, Vice President for Student Life; Dr. Alicia Bertone, Dean of the Graduate School; Susan Basso, Vice President of Talent, Culture, and Human Resources; and Dr. Bruce McPheron, Executive Vice President and Provost. Buckeye Wellness Kits

Masks are essential to stopping COVID19! You can pick up your Buckeye Wellness Kits, which include one disposable mask, two reusable masks, a thermometer, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer this week! COVID-19 Accommodation Requests

If you or your fellow graduate students are looking to make an accommodation request for COVID-19, whether it be for health, safety, or personal concerns, please make sure to fill out a COVID-19 Related Accommodation Request<https://maestroweb.studentaffairs.ohio-state.edu/trk/click?ref=z10j1mkdhf_0-129ax34e64x0534&>. This form should be filled out and sent to your department's HR professional and general HR (HR at osu.edu<mailto:HR at osu.edu>). If you receive any push back you your request, please reach out to CGS President, Stephen Post, at post.144 at osu.edu<mailto:post.144 at osu.edu> and we will help troubleshoot the issue. Whether on-campus or not, every one of us needs to fully commit to protecting ourselves, our families, our friends, our colleagues, and our community as a whole. We all play a key role in managing the spread of COVID-19. Some strongly recommended actions include:

  *   Self-monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms
  *   Daily temperature checks
  *   Wearing face masks/coverings in public settings
  *   Frequent hand washing (or use of hand sanitizer when soap and water aren't available)
  *   Practicing social distancing at all times
  *   Self-isolating if you suspect you may have been exposed to COVID-19
  *   Avoiding large gatherings of people
