[Cbe-grads] CEGC Nominations and Elections

Dear CBE grad students and faculty,

I hope you all are doing well and staying healthy!

It is the time of year for CEGC elections and we wanted to invite you all to send nominations.

If you know or you yourself are a graduate student who is interested in CEGC (https://cbe.osu.edu/cegc), would make a great graduate student representative, or has initiative to improve the CBE graduate student experience - please nominate that student!

 We are taking nominations through this Friday August 7th . Please send emails to Kucinic.4 at osu.edu on behalf of CEGC with your nomination as well as their name.#.

Nominees will be notified by Monday August 10th, and given a template for a powerpoint slide to fill out their information (year, research, reason to join CEGC, hobbies, etc.).

Once nominees have accepted their nomination and submit a powerpoint slide with their information, we will hold a virtual voting session where nominees can present their information. We plan to hold the voting session during a seminar time in the next week or two that will be announced soon!
