[Cbe-grads] A CTP flight receipt is now required for all travel reimbursements

Hello CBE travelers,

There seems to be confusion about flight documentation for travel reimbursements.

The BOC must have a copy of the confirmed paid flight itinerary to reimburse your travel expenses (see attachments).

BOC staff cannot access flight receipts for CTP prepaid airfare. The traveler will need to supply a copy.

The flight receipt documents your departure/return dates, times and locations, which determine eligibility to be reimbursed for various other travel expenses (meals, parking, ground transportation, etc).
