exp 5 (EQW) change

This is a reminder from lecture about the changes to the lab schedule.   We moved
exp 5 (EQW) to this week and the review to the following week, before the midterm.
There are new due dates in Carmen.  That means the pre-lab for exp 5 has to be
done before lab this week.  The notebook has to be prepared.  I left the due date
for the lab report and data entry the same.  That means you'll have two weeks for
the latter two things.
