quiz 11 - reminders, coverage, window

Quiz 11 will cover 15.6-16.8.

Quiz 11 next week is on Monday, instead of Easter Sunday.  Since that
is a normal school night I realize there might more conflicts than with the
Sunday quizzes.  In order to hopefully avoid most conflicts, the window
next Monday, April 18, will be 6-11 PM.  This means you can't start any
later than 10:20 in order to get the full 40 min.

If you have a conflict with this time I need to know and will need
something showing the conflict.
