exp 16 report sheet

The report sheet on p. 107 for exp 16 states  "This sheet must be
reproduced using Excel or Word and included in your lab report".
There is an Excel template for the report sheet on Carmen.  Use
that as your starting point for your table.  You can use as is or
make changes but keep the basic outline of the form.  Then
include the Excel table in your report.  It should not be filled in
and scanned for the report.
