exp 14 post-lab problems - not having 5 T/V data points

If you didn't get 5 T/V data points this will be a problem with the
on-line data entry.  You will need to contact me with an explanation
as to why you didn't get 5 data points.  Please include ALL the info
I've asked for in multiple previous e-mails or I won't respond.

The same applies to e-mails sent to me about problems with the
website which you use to input the data.  Most of the e-mails I'm
getting do not contain all the info I've asked for in multiple e-mails.

Not having the info can slow down the process for all of us
since I then have to reply to you asking for this info.
